Lo Scudo is a young company, but with many years of experience. The original family (Dukes and Marquises) was already producing and marketing wine and extra virgin olive oil from Gargano (Puglia) in the 1800s. It is based in Switzerland and produces its wines in Italy in selected, historic partner wineries with the best Italian oenologists, who professionally prepare the wines according to the target markets. Lo Scudo produces various qualities of wine, from the most economical to the most important aged in oak barrels, as well as sparkling wines and cocktails with fruit pulp. In addition to its own production, Lo Scudo has exclusive rights to market many other Italian products (spirits, wines, panettone, colomba, nougat, biscuits, chocolate, ready-to-use UHT desserts, UHT ice cream, pasta, tomato sauce, extra virgin olive oil, products preserved in oil, cheeses, etc.).
